Enclos Restaurant

Enclos Restaurant is a single-location fine-dining property in Sonoma from Executive Chef Brian Limoges, serving modern California coastal cuisine with French technique in an 8–10 course tasting-only format. The 30-seat inside dining room is dinner-only Wednesday through Saturday; reservations are exclusively via Tock and released on the last Friday of each month. Wine pairings pour from the partnered Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyards & Winery; a separate Lounge area offers à la carte service with wines by the glass and bottle. Corkage is $125 per 750 ml, two-bottle limit. Sake, cider, beer and non-alcoholic pairings are offered.
