Bedrock Wine Co.

Sonoma, CA

Bedrock Wine Co. makes wines from an array of old vineyards around California — Sonoma Valley, Santa Barbara and Mendocino among them. Tastings happen at the Bedrock property in Sonoma Valley and are by appointment. The producer also makes Under The Wire, a sparkling-wine project, out of the same facility. The emphasis across both labels is on heritage-vineyard sources, with the tasting posture organized around structured visits rather than casual drop-ins. Current release and visit information lives on the Bedrock website.
